December Prayer

 Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for bringing us to December. Thank You for your faithfulness in sustaining us throughout the year. Thank You for carrying us through mountains and valleys. Thank You for helping us to fix our eyes on Jesus, the Author and the Finisher of our faith. Thank You, God. As we approach this month, where we focus on the birth of Jesus, help our minds to be transformed. Please help us remember the humility of Christ. Help us to remember that He descended to earth as a man to save us. Please help us to be filled with hope, peace, joy, and love. Cause us to intimately know that the hope that we have in Christ will never disappoint us.  With Christ, there is true peace, a peace that transcends all understanding. Please help us to be filled with unspeakable joy!  

LORD God, please help us to finish the year strongly. Please help us to live this month and every other month with intention. May we walk in the purpose that You have designed us to walk in. Please help us cling to You. Please grant us vision. Help us to see things as You desire us to see them. LORD, we want more of You. In this season, help us not to dwell on gifts but to focus on being a blessing.

LORD, we desperately need You. Please abide with us. Please commune with us. Draw near to us. Take complete control of us.

Thank You for Your salvation. Thank You for Your promises. Thank You for keeping all of Your promises to us. Thank You for bringing us through. We love You, LORD. We adore You. Please help us walk on the road you planned for us. Please help us to finish the year in a worthy manner.  Guide us, LORD God. Guide us and protect us. Keep us safe. Help us live according to Your will. Please help us to walk in your
plan. Thank You, LORD, for Your goodness. Thank you for being so kind to us. Thank you for Your favor. Thank You for Your love.
