May Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You! Thank You for bringing us to the month of May. Thank You for Your keeping power. LORD, I pray that this month will have us standing on Your promises. May we cling to You like never before. Help us to lean on You. For, apart from You, we can do nothing. Please be our peace amid the threat of anxiety. Please overshadow us with Your Presence. Remind us that You will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right. Help us to do what is right. Help us to seek justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with You, God. May our steps be quickened. May we not only be hearers of Your Word but doers also. God, please direct our paths and guide us. May we be strengthened by Your love. Dear God, please help us to put on all of your armor so that we can stand firm against the strategies of the enemy. Help us to focus on You . Please help us to be still and know that You are God.
